Hester Prynne becomes Mondialiste’s first winner

Former stable star Mondialiste claimed his first winner at Beverley yesterday as Hester Prynne landed a 5 furlong novice at Beverley on her racecourse debut.

Providing Mondialiste with his first winner was a source of huge satisfaction for all at David O’Meara Racing. Purchased with the intention of one day becoming a sire by Geoff Turnbull in July 2014, Mondialiste was a flagbearer for the team and became a sensation when landing the Woodbine Mile and Arlington Million in back to back seasons. To be able to accomplish Geoff’s dream and be responsible for the first of hopefully many winners for Mondialiste as a sire was an achievement to be cherished by all.

Hester Prynne is also a sister to a previous David O’Meara trained horse in Great Dame who landed the Lily Agnes in 2019 and became her dam Dame Hester’s sixth winner from eight runners.
